This is how your dashboard will look like. See the image:
Let’s elaborate each part of the dashboard one by one. Starting from the top right. There are 4 separate tabs as Restaurant Name, Live Order, Scan Code, and Order Now. See the image:
- The Restaurant Name
Here the name of your restaurant will be shown along with your profile picture.
- Live Orders
Here you can see the total number of runnig or live orders at your restaurant website.
- Scan Code
From here you can easily upload the menu items by following a simple scanning process.
- Table Management
From this section, you can get the list of all the available QR codes in oder to implement a contact less ordering system your restaurant business. Also, by tapping on the “+” icon you can creat QR codes while tapping on the download button, you may get the printed and downloaded version of the QR codes.
- Order Now:
While on the click event of the fourth tab “Order Now” a new screen will be open, from where you will be enable to book the customers order who are trying to place their order via a phone call. See the below image.
Here, you need to fill the customers mobile number, then press “Ok” button. If he/she is your previous customer then their contact will appear in the list. While, if any customer is not yet registered or are ordering for the first time, then in that case, simply click the “New Button” and book the order.
Now a new popup screen will be open, along with a short form where you need to fill the customer’s details. See the below mentioned Image.
Now, let’s check, what’s in the body section of the dasbboard , which look as the below image:
Here, you can see the 4 colorful tabs/buttons, with different texts.
- Total Order: How to get the details od total orders?
The first tab is that where you can get the information of the total orders including all the past and present orders. The orders count will be show in the white circle in the same tab.
While when you will click on the “Total Order” button, a new screen you be appear along with a table. Here you can see the respective details of evry order yet you have received. These details mentions the following rrecords of the orders. See the below mentioned image.
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Customer Name
- Customer Contact No.
- Kitchen Name
- Kitchen Branch
- Amount
- Delivery Address
- Action
- Status
Also, in the total orders table you can see three more buttons. Marked with red as a, b and c. Here is what these buttons will do:
- Special Request: From here, you will get informed about the Special Addon Request like (Spice or Sugar level, etc.)in the ordered dish by the particular cutomer.
- View More: When you will click on the View More button, you will be enable to see the extra details of the order/menuitems.
- View Reason: In case, any order has been cancelled by the customers, you can see its reason by simply tapping on the View Reason button.
Note 1: In the Total Orders screen, there are a two drop-downs are showing just above to the start of the table, this is the place from where you can easily select the Kitchen Name and Kitchen Branch.
Note 2: While in the similar line, there is an another option as a symbol of ? highlighted within a red circle. By pressing this, you will get the help regarding the abbreviation.
Note 3: On pressing the + symbol located at the right bottom of the Total Orders screen, you can simply add the details of new customers.
- Customers:
On this screen the restaurant admin can get the entire list of all the previous and present customers, along with all their details as name, contact, etc.
Here by tapping on the respective view, edit and delete icons under the Actions column, the restaurant admin can simply view, add edit, and delete the details of any specific customer.
- Kitchens
On this screen the restaurant admin can get the whole list and details of each kitchen associated with the particular restaurant. Also the restaurant will get the required details of any associated kitchen like kitchen name, time, amount, branch, action etc.
- New Orders:
On the New Orders section, the restaurant admin can view, check, edit and update the details as total orders, new orders, customers, pending orders, etc. as follows:

- Pending: How to check the list of all pending orders?
This is second tab on the Main section of the Admin Dashboard. From here, you can easily check the number of pending orders along with entire details of the orders in a well managed table format. To check the list of pending orders hit the “Pending” tab.
By accessing this screen you get the following details of each pending orders:
- Order Id
- Customer Name
- Customer Contact No.
- Ordered Items
- Kitchen Name
- Kitchen Branch
- Delivery Address
- Total Amount
- Accepted: How to get the list of all accepted orders?
Likewise the pending page of the Admin Dashboard, by pressing the “Accepted” tab, you can check the entire list of accepted orders, that will be shown on the same tab in white circle. While on the click event of the button, you will be able to see the entire details of all the past and present accepted orders.
Note: You can check the data of a particular branch or kitchen associated with your restaurant by using the respective drop-downs located at the top of the dashboard.
- Delivered: How to get the data of delivered orders?
This is the forth tab on the dashboard screen of the website admin panel. From here, the restaurant admin can get the information of all the delivered order. The number count of the delivered orders will be shown on the same tab within the white circle placed right to the delivered button.
While, pressing the “Delivered” button, a new screen will be open along wih a well maintained table, where you can see all the required details of every past and current delivered orders.
- Running: How to check the details of running orders?
The button with the “Running” text on the admin dashboard will show you the total count of running orders on it’s top, highlighted within the white circle.
While, whenever you will press this “Running” button, a new screen will be open, with a table where you can check the whole records of the running orders.
- Rejected: How to know the reason of rejected orders ?
This is the button on the admin dashboard which will simply let you know about the total count of all the rejected orders.
